Salon Uusi Apteekki as a Teaching Pharmacy

We offer pharmacy students the opportunity to gain practical experience in pharmacy work as part of their pharmacy degree. During the mandatory internship included in their studies, students get to familiarize themselves with the diverse operations of the pharmacy and the various tasks of different personnel. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff guides, supports, and assists students throughout their internship period.

We use modern tools in various pharmacy tasks: MAXX pharmacy system, FIXU G2 storage automation, ANJA dose dispensing service, and the EasyMedi ordering system for service home and home care orders. Our pharmacy is located in the purpose-designed, bright, and cozy premises of the Salo K-Citymarket, specifically for pharmacy operations.
